By using www.ppeflex.com (the “site”) you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Zhejiang Hengchuang Functional Materials Co., Ltd., No. 88 Feicui Road, Building 1, Jinnan Street, Lin'an District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
The site describes our cast polypropylene film, polyethylene film and plastic zipper closure products and the applications they are used in. Everything on it is general information for business buyers. It is not a technical specification, a binding offer, or a substitute for a signed contract. Only a written quotation and contract signed by us creates obligations on our side.
Figures such as thickness ranges, widths, seal temperatures and barrier values shown on this site are typical values for the product family, given to help you shortlist a material. They are not guaranteed limits and they are not a specification for your order. Actual values depend on formulation, line, gauge and converting conditions. Please ask for the Technical Data Sheet and a sample for the exact grade you intend to run, and qualify it on your own equipment before commercial production.
Nothing on this site is a performance guarantee for a finished package. Properties such as seal integrity, barrier life and food-contact suitability depend on the whole pack — film, zipper, lamination, fill, process temperature and shelf life — and must be validated on the finished article.
Certificates, licences and test reports published on this site are reference copies. They are reproduced at reduced resolution with QR codes disabled and a watermark applied so that they cannot be reused as working proof of certification. They are not valid without the original sealed and signed document. Certificate and report numbers are shown so that you can verify any document with the issuing body, or ask us for a sealed copy. A test report covers only the items, samples and conditions stated in it, not every property of the material.
Statements about compliance with schemes such as EU 10/2011, REACH or US FDA 21 CFR 177 describe a manufacturer’s declaration that we can supply on request. We do not claim that any authority has issued us a certificate under those schemes.
The site, its design, text, photographs, product data and the PPEFlex name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and buying our products. You may not copy, republish, resell or use them commercially, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership, without our written permission.
You agree not to interfere with the site, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any systems behind it, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to use it in breach of export-control or sanctions law.
The site links to third-party websites, including WhatsApp, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts with jurisdiction over the place of our registration have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods applies to contracts of sale concluded with us only if the signed contract says so.
We may update these terms; the version published on this page when you use the site is the version that applies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
