It covers personal information collected when you browse www.ppeflex.com or send us an inquiry through one of our forms. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
Information you give us. Our inquiry forms ask for your name, company, email address, telephone number, product interest, destination port, quantity and your requirements. Only your name, email address and product interest are required; everything else is optional. Please do not send us trade secrets or other people’s personal information through the form.
Information collected automatically. Our web server keeps an access log recording the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer and browser user-agent string of each request. We use it to keep the site running, detect attacks and prevent abuse. The log is rotated and old entries are overwritten automatically, so it holds only a short rolling window of recent traffic.
What we do not collect. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Web fonts are served from our own server rather than from a third-party font CDN, so no request is made to Google or any other font provider when you load a page.

Our forms are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative), a form-backend service that forwards the message to our mailbox. Web3Forms acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement that incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; it states that submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, and that on its free tier submissions are retained for up to 30 days before deletion. Its infrastructure sub-processors are Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner.
We also receive the message as ordinary email. Our mailbox is provided by our email hosting supplier, and access to it is restricted to staff who handle export sales.

Where personal information from the EEA or the UK reaches us, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses with the relevant processor, together with a transfer impact assessment. Please be aware that, as an exporter, our business correspondence is stored on servers located in China, and that this involves a transfer to a third country; if that is a problem for your organisation, tell us and we will arrange an alternative channel before you send anything.
