Yes. Our films are tested by third-party laboratories to GB 4806.7-2023, and our food packaging zipper profiles are tested to our enterprise standard Q/ZHC 001-2026. All the current reports are published in our certification library, and we can add a certificate of analysis for your production batch and a declaration of compliance for EU 10/2011, REACH or US 21 CFR 177 on request.

Yes. We produce PE zipper profiles in 17 specifications from 11 mm to 35 mm total width, supplied on reels, alongside our PE and CPP films. Because both come from the same factory, the film sealant layer and the zipper flange can be matched before you run a trial.
No. A zipper is a consumer reclosure that can be repeatedly opened and closed. The intact top seal above it is what protects the unopened product, so barrier and leak requirements should be specified against the finished pack rather than the profile alone.
